Stephanie's Senior Pictures :)

I am so glad that my friend Hailey referred Stephanie to me. I love referrals and I love meeting new clients. We had a lot of fun driving out to Canyon Lake and we even got to stop at Tortilla Flats for some yummy nachos.

Stephanie has such a great personality and was a natural in front of the camera! We were able to get some really great shots with the desert background and the lake. :) Congratulations to Stephanie and the rest of Skyline's class of 2014 :)

I love Arizona's natural beauty:)

We found these rocks on the side of the road and as soon as we started taking pictures the road got super busy so all these people are watching Stephanie pose on the side of the road!

I am deathly afraid of bridges so it took a lot of courage to take these shots and I'm so glad we went on that shaky bridge because the pictures turned out great:)

Breanna's Senior Pictures

This girl is great and her family is so funny! Me and Breanna had a class together in high school and have remained friends on Facebook since! Luckily she remembered that I do photography when she was ready for senior pictures and we got to create some GREAT pictures:)

Breanna/s dress and kimono were such a great fit for our shoot in the desert:)

I loved this little hat because it made no shadows on her face like the bigger hats do:)

Ariah

So I may be partial on this post because Ariah is the daughter of one of my closest friends.. but here we go.

Even though doing pictures with toddlers can be difficult, we had a great time on our photo shoot. Ariah is so happy and you can just tell she loves her mommy, daddy, and grandma when she looks at them. She was so easy going when changing her outfits which definitely makes things go smoother.

Desert Ridge Prom 2014!

Paige is very lucky to have a sister that does photography! Paige got to go to her junior prom with her boyfriend, Sam, and it sounds like they really enjoyed themselves  :)

Unfortunately, I wasn't able to get a photo of their group with everyone looking at me with all the parents saying "look here" "no look here" :(

After making them jump in the air about 5 times, I finally got a good one with both of them in the air at the same time! 

I went to this high school for 4 years and never even knew this was here!

Paige's hair turned out great thanks to our cousin, Tierra!

Mini Sessions

So this is the first time I've done photography mini sessions and I really enjoyed it. I did learn a few things through the experience as well. I loved working with all the children:)

Austin had his very first t-ball game this day!

These two were so well behaved and Megan's "laugh" was hilarious!

These two were so adorable. They've definitely got an arranged marriage in their future ;)

Overall, I really enjoyed my spring mini sessions and can't wait to do another mini session day in the future!

Desert Ridge Morp 2014

So my little sister, Paige, and her boyfriend, Sam, went to morp with Sam's little brother, Joseph, and his date, Wyntre. Paige had me do their pictures and I think they turned out great :) ALthough Paige and Sam didn't stay at the dance the whole time, they said that it was fun. 

P.S. they didn't have "morp" when i was in high school but i guess it's a Sadie Hawkins style dance where the girl asks the guy- I wish they'd done that when I was at Desert Ridge and done a western theme. I would've been all over that!

Wilkins Kids
